Jamie Brian joined FSA Insurance Agency in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer-focused roles and leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from Central Michigan University. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Jamie honed her skills in customer satisfaction, team management, and operational efficiency through nearly two decades of leadership in the restaurant industry. Her expertise included maintaining high standards of quality and safety, exemplified by earning her ServSafe Certification.
Driven by a desire to create a more meaningful impact, Jamie made a career shift into insurance and quickly obtained her Health, Life, and Property & Casualty licenses. Her dedication to understanding clients’ unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions reflects her commitment to fostering trust and long-term relationships. Jamie’s extensive background in customer relations has equipped her with the skills and insight necessary to guide her clients toward securing comprehensive, personalized coverage.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys exploring her culinary passions through cooking and mixology, hosting game nights with friends and family, and relaxing with her beloved chocolate lab, Basil.
