Brandon James

Brandon James has been in the Insurance industry since 2012. Before that, he had various jobs that included working for Verizon and bartending, which proved to be a life changing experience. Thinking quickly, developing excellent communication skills, and being able to focus on several tasks at once were skills he learned as a bartender that has helped Brandon transition into his career at FSA Health.

Brandon helped create FSA Health in 2015 after hearing firsthand how confusing the Medicare enrollment process had become for the typical retiree. FSA Health was created to make this complex process simple to understand and use. In 2018, Brandon wanted FSA Health to be the leader in the Medicare Insurance market. Brandon and his team have spent countless hours learning about Medicare supplement companies, their products, and how to match the best solution with each client.

Brandon’s role at FSA Health has been evolving since its creation. Today, he oversees the day-to-day activities of the agency. He actively recruits the best talent for open positions, he oversees agent development, and he continuously seeks new relationships with companies to provide the best solutions for FSA Health’s client base. This dedication has led to over five million dollars of new sales through carefully crafted mergers and acquisitions over the past 5 years.

Brandon has been happily married to his wife, Cetara, since 2015. They have two amazing children. Brandon wholeheartedly believes in the family first culture that FSA companies embrace, which includes spending quality time with Cetara, golfing with his son, watching his daughter’s gymnastics, and walking the family dog, August, around the lake.
