Melissa joined FSA Health in 2022 as a licensed life and health insurance agent. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Management). After college, she moved to upstate New York to manage a restaurant. In that role, she excelled at customer satisfaction and customer service while also learning problem resolution skills. After 27 years in the service industry, she decided on a career change that would put her unique skills to better use and still give her a chance to help others. She chose the life and health insurance industry to help her clients better understand the complexities of the industry and to help them make the proper coverage decisions. Ever since she was a child, helping others has been a part of her moral compass.

After residing in New York, she moved back to Michigan to be with her family. As much as she loved New York, her family was more important. She is very blessed to have a close family that makes it a point to spend time together. Nowadays she enjoys her time with her 2 young boys, husband, and dog. As a family, they enjoy bike rides, swimming, and family game night.
