Katie Bailleaux is a dedicated and knowledgeable insurance professional with a strong background in sales and client support. She has been in the insurance industry for several years, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping clients navigate their coverage options with confidence. Katie joined FSA Health Insurance Agency in 2023 as a Licensed Support Specialist, where she continues to apply her deep understanding of insurance products and her unwavering commitment to client care.
Before joining FSA, Katie built a strong foundation through years of hands-on experience in both retail and data entry roles— all while earning her Associate’s Degree in Arts and Sciences in 2021. Her background instilled in her a powerful work ethic and a strategic, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Katie obtained her Health License to expand her ability to support individuals and families, combining her passion for service with her skills in communication, organization, and insurance strategy. She is a trusted resource for her team—always ready to step up, solve problems, and provide expert guidance wherever it’s needed.
Outside of the office, Katie is a talented artist whose creativity knows no bounds—from acrylic painting to 3D sculpture. She frequently showcases her work in local art shows and has even won awards for her pieces. When she’s not working or creating, she enjoys traveling with her partner and their two cats.
