Rashad Pierce

Rashad became a valued member of FSA Insurance Agency in 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science from Bowling Green State University. With over a decade of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, Rashad honed his expertise in client-focused problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

After earning his Property and Casualty license, Rashad joined FSA Insurance’s Home and Auto department, where he’s committed to helping clients find personalized, optimal coverage for their unique needs. He is passionate about delivering a smooth and positive experience for each customer.

Outside of work, Rashad enjoys family time and supporting his favorite football team, the Detroit Lions.
